CANCELLATION & BOOKING FEE POLICY
Please take the time to read our cancellation policy.
Please kindly note that all booking fees paid for appointments are non-transferable and non-refundable. Should you wish to move your appointment, a period of no less than 48 hour’s notice needs to be given. If 48 hours is not given you will lose your booking fee and another booking fee will need to be paid if you require booking another appointment. Without a booking fee, your appointment not be booked reserved.
If you book for more than one treatment and decide to cancel one of the treatments on the day (or do not adhere to this policy) you will still lose the booking fee paid for the appointment that you have canceled and will need to pay the remaining amount for the treatment you are having.
NO SHOWS will be charged the full amount of the treatment cost.
We understand that sometimes we all run a little late. However, if you run more than ten minutes late, your treatment will either be adapted or cancelled completely depending on the time the therapist has after your appointment time. If your appointment is cancelled you will lose the booking fee you have paid for this time slot and a further booking fee will need to be paid on booking any future appointments.
We run a strictly no under 12s policy. This does not include children having a treatment or hair cut. For every child under 12 there must be one adult to accompany them. For use of our tanning beds a strictly no under 18s applies. If we think you could be under the age of 18 ID in the form a driving license or passport will need to be provided. No other form of ID will be sufficient.
